Marketing Manager

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will develop and manage digital and traditional marketing initiatives, oversee campaign execution across channels, optimize performance through analytics and testing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and go-to-market plans. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creative thinking and has hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, paid media, content, and measurement tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and annual plans that align with business objectives, including brand, demand generation, product marketing, and customer retention programs.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, display and programmatic advertising to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
• Manage marketing automation and email programs (Marketo, Pardot or similar) to nurture leads, score prospects, and support sales pipeline acceleration.
• Oversee CRM operations and segmentation (Salesforce, HubSpot or equivalent) to enable personalized campaigns, reporting, and alignment with sales teams.
• Develop and manage content strategy and production for blogs, whitepapers, e-books, videos, webinars, and social channels to support inbound and outbound campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including hands-on digital marketing and campaign management.
• Proven experience with SEO, SEM, PPC and paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, programmatic and e-commerce advertising).
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot workflows) and email marketing best practices.
• Experience managing CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, including segmentation and lead lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies and tools to improve conversion and engagement.
• Solid content marketing and copywriting skills; experience overseeing content creation for web, video, and social.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager; experience with basic video production/editing is a plus.
• Basic HTML/CSS and comfort working with web teams to implement tracking, landing pages and tag management.
• Certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or relevant marketing automation certifications are desirable.
